Dr. Hartman brings over twenty years of clinical excellence to her private practice, specializing in family and cosmetic dentistry. She has proudly served the Newport News community since 2015, offering a complete range of dental services from preventive care to advanced restorative and implant procedures.
Her global education includes a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru, a PhD in Restorative Dentistry, and advanced Implant Dentistry training from Paulista State University in São Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Hartman furthered her education at the University of Maryland, completing a postgraduate program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, where she was honored with the Award of Clinical Excellence in General Dentistry.
Known for her artistry and empathy, Dr. Hartman blends science with aesthetics to create natural, confident smiles. Her patients appreciate her gentle approach, her attention to detail, and her ability to make even the most complex treatments feel calm and reassuring.
Dr. Sibirtsev
Originally from Estonia and raised in Israel, Dr. Sibirtsev’s background in global healthcare and dental training brings depth and perspective to the Hartman Dentistry team. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brooklyn College and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry.
Her extensive postdoctoral training included a residency at New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where she gained invaluable experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, trauma cases, and emergency care. Her time at NYC Health + Hospitals Bellevue further developed her skills in complex surgical procedures, from repairing facial fractures to treating patients with oral cancer.
