The quality of their service is consistent and excellent. Dr. Hartman and her staff are very professional, accommodating, and friendly. The facility and examination rooms are clean and very well maintained. The patient waiting area has spacious seating and is never crowded. I have never waited more than five minutes to be seen after arriving for my scheduled appointments. A new hire hygienist cleaned my teeth today, and she was very professional, throurall, and informative! I definitely recommend Hartman Denistry to anyone seeking professional, family-friendly, personalized dental care.

I had never found a dentist I truly liked until I visited Hartman Dentistry. I had a lot of work that needed to be done, and Dr. Hartman and the staff absolutely crushed it every single visit. Dr. Hartman is never in a hurry to get you out of the door, and is very compassionate towards her patients. Each of the many many times I was sitting in the chair, I could tell she cared deeply about the quality of her work. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Do not come here. I had an appointment in September of 2022, my insurance paid for the appointment in full at the time services were rendered. Come September of 2024 I get a call from Vanessa saying that I had a balance of $212 from TWO YEARS AGO. I was very confused so I called the office and spoke to a man whose name I did not get but he told me to disregard the bill because they were having issue with their billing (as stated in a couple other reviews) and I do not owe anything. It’s now January of 2025 and Sharon reaches out to me to say I now owe $162. I’ve never had an issue with my insurance at any dentist I’ve been to EVER. It seems like they just want a check or something because both Vanessa and Sharon said they’ll discount my bill if I pay today… lol okay. Spare yourself and just go elsewhere!

My spouse and I have just recently started seeing Dr Hartman. So far we are both impressed with her and her staff. We’ve had great visits for cleanings and we’ve both needed crowns. The process was easy and painless as possible. When my temporary crown came out (completely my fault) they got me in that same morning and fixed it. We highly recommend Dr Hartman’s practice if you are looking for a dentist.

The entire staff at this dental office was great. I had some very bad mouth pain and I called them and they were able to get me seen same day , which is very rare with dental offices. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants, and dentist were so welcoming and the service was phenomenal. The dental assistant stayed back in the room with me to make me more comfortable, she was very informative, created a safe space for me to vent and not feel ashamed about what I needed to get done. Overall 10/10 , highly recommend. Oh & they are affordable whether you have insurance and/or paying out of pocket.

Very unprofessional!!! My grown son of legal age is on my dental plan and they placed his billing account under my name. Called the office and the young lady that picked up stated I was seen in 2022. Absolutely wrong! Then proceeded to state it was my son. So… when do you charge the insurance holder responsible for a bill for their adult policy user by text? I’ve worked with the healthcare system for over 24 years, with billing experience and have NEVER seen this being done by a “respectable” business. Since this is not my responsibility, but is my child, I paid it. But will never recommend this office. As a federal government employee and a veteran, this is poor customer service. A phone call would have been better than a text requesting money.

Absolutely horrible scheduling. They had me come to appointments that they made then rescheduled the day of then I get there to be rescheduled yet again. To then get there to be asked how I liked the work they hadn’t done yet. The doctor lied to me multiple times promising to preform services and continued to take my money and tell me she would do them later. Over and over. They argued in the office amongst themselves. Very unprofessional and do not get any partial dentures made there they will not ever fit if your experience is like mine . My filling that she did prior color doesn’t match even closely to any teeth in my mouth at any spot on any of them I don’t think. I went there for help and left hideous and half way done and all because I complained politely respectfully with 0 bad words or attitude after spending a lot of money to me have now refused my service. They did do the work they charged for but it was not good work and they made promises in order to obtain my business they clearly seem to have no intention of completing. Mind you all I was asking for was buffing 4 teeth while she was supposed to be doing an emergency filing. The tool would have already been in my mouth. I was told it would happen. I came I brought cash But because of improper scheduling she didn’t remember and got upset that I was frustrated she cost me time and money didn’t provide any of the services and walked out clueless to what even happened and never cared to ask why I was upset. Below they stated they would call. They haven’t it’s been two Mondays.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Everyone is SO nice, friendly, and welcoming! I started going here after I kept having tooth pain from a filling and the previous dentist (different practice) tried fixing it on four separate occasions and I still had pain. I explained my pain to Dr. Hartman and she not only listened to my concerns, she showed me pictures of my filling and explained how she can take off the filling and redo it herself. I was scared, especially since my history with this filling is not great but I am now no longer in pain and can finally chew on my left side (after not chewing on it for 6 months). Even when I was getting the numbing needle injected in my mouth, the hygienist was patting and rubbing my arm and telling me I was doing great; it was so encouraging and soothing since I was stressed. The hygienist even had, what I believe was, Vaseline on a q-tip and put it on my lips in the middle of the filling since my lips were getting very dry. It was the little things that made everything a very pleasant experience. Last thing to add is that I am 6 months pregnant, and they even reached out to my OB for permission to take an X-ray of my filling and to numb my mouth. Once my OB gave the OK, that put five radiation blankets above my belly for extra protection. Maybe it’s my pregnancy hormones, but something like that really warms my heart that they will do what they can to protect not just me, but my baby as well. For the first time ever, I can say, I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning with at Hartman Dentistry!

My husband and I received a bill for 9.66 from 2022 in the mail this month in 1/2024 for the first time and I called and spoke to Amanda who promised me a call back but never did. I mentioned to her prior to advising she would call us back that we should not be receiving a bill from Hartman. We paid all co-pays at times of service. I also mentioned that there's no date of service on the bill and it's reflecting 90 days past due when we never received an initial bill in all of 2023. She could only say that it looks like it's an amount from 2022. She said she would speak with the office manager and call us back but never did. Watch your bills with Hartman dentistry because they will come back years later saying you owe. My family and I will not be back.

First off I will say that the 1 star is due to staff not Vanessa Hartman. The dental care I received here was great! Mrs.Hartman really is the best dentist I’ve ever had and has great pricing compared to other dentists I’ve seen throughout my years however, her staff besides one of the hygienist has kept me from returning. Initially everyone was professional and nice until one visit where I worked with a heavy set girl who was very unprofessional. I wear a partial due to poor dental work in the past and health issues, during the visit with this hygienist she made a comment stating that my having to wear a partial is what happens when you don’t brush your teeth, which had absolutely nothing to do with why I wear a partial. Another occasion where I was mistreated I called and spoke with Annie to inquire about major sensitivity I was experiencing and how could the problem be resolved. Annie is the receptionist who is usually very nice but was very rude to me and brushed off my concern. When I persisted and asked to speak with Dr.Hartman she put me on with a hygienist who was also rude to me. I felt as if my concerns were unimportant and that even though I was experiencing major discomfort neither of these women were interested in helping me. Unfortunately after these encounters I won’t be back. I refuse to spend money at this office and receive this type of treatment.

I have been a patient for 2 years now, always have a wonderful experience from the front desk, always expecting me and register me quickly, my hygienist Ginny is amazing, friendly and efficient, great cleanings and not too rough but still getting the job done! So far I've been there for full x-rays, a cleaning, three fillings, and now I'm in the middle of getting a crown. All have been done carefully and pain free! Do not recommend at all. Appointment was never confirmed by their office so even though i confirmed on my end, they said I didn’t have an appointment because they didn’t confirm on their end (and I didn’t remind them to confirm it? makes no logical sense). Exam was not personal and lasted about 16 seconds to which she told me I had 5 cavities that would cost 400$+ to deal with. Got a second opinion from another dentist and he was much more in depth and didn’t find any cavities, absolutely do not recommend their service

Dentist is great... We really liked her!! However the billing is all messed up.. procedures even part of the cleanings that were covered by our insurance cost us over 400.00... either they are coding incorrectly or something is wrong... after 6 months, they have yet to return my calls and explain this so the still have my money!!! Run!!! Dont walk..... unless your wealthy....
